Nana Glen Tennis Court

Wohoooo! The courts have had lots of TLC over the past few months and are finally in playable condition (not quite 100% yet — it’s still a work in progress). We’ve done a test run and both courts are pretty darn good for social tennis!

Gold Coin Donation & Fair Use

We’re asking everyone to pop in a gold coin donation per person for each session (roughly a couple of hours). This helps cover upkeep costs and keeps the courts available, affordable, and welcoming for the whole community.

If it’s quiet and no one else is waiting, feel free to keep playing — we just ask that everyone chips in fairly and keeps it casual so everyone gets a turn.

 Booking a court

A few handy tips:

•  For the best game, bring along some good quality balls.

•  Court playability depends on the weather (they’ll be less bouncy when wet).

•  We’ll do our best to keep the chalk lines marked, but we’re just a small team of volunteers — so sometimes they might be a bit faded, scuffed, or even missing!

 Get involved & keep it going!

The courts are here for everyone to enjoy — so come down, have a hit, and bring your friends, family, and especially the kids these school holidays!  It’s a great way for them to get outside, be active, and have some fun.

The more the courts get used, the easier it is to keep them open, maintained, and affordable for our whole community.
