Monday the 11th November first classes start.

$15 per lesson. Card system pay as you go.

Direct deposit also available.

Class 1: 5.30pm to 6.30pm.

6 to 12 year olds.

Class 2: 6.30pm to7.30pm.

13 to 17 year olds.

Class 3: 7.30pm to 8.30pm Adults.

Ladies only classes Saturdays time still to be agreed.

Please bring drink bottle or two. Sweat towel.

Wear comfortable stretchy clothing.

Cold bottles of water $1and soft drinks, tea and coffee available $2

Trav will be also available for personal private training.
