Add Your Business, Community Group or Event

Whether you’re hosting a market day, live music event, workshop, or community gathering, it’s easy to get listed on Orara Valley Hub and reach the local community.

Create an Account (if you haven’t already)

  • Go to oraravalleyhub.com.au.

  • Click on the “Login / Register” link in the top-right corner.

  • Choose “Register” and fill out your name, email, and password.

  • Check your email and confirm your account via the activation link.

Navigate to “List an Event”

  • After logging in, go to the main menu and click “List an Event” or “Add Booking” (depending on your listing type).

  • You will be taken to a form where you can add your event details.

Fill in Your Event Details

Complete the listing form with the following:

  • Event Name
    (e.g. “Orara Valley Farmers Market”)

  • Date & Time
    Start and end time, plus repeat options (if it’s recurring)

  • Location
    Street address, venue name, or GPS location

  • Description
    Tell people what to expect – include details like live music, kids’ activities, food trucks, etc.

  • Images or Posters
    Upload any promotional images or flyers (JPG/PNG recommended)

  • Ticket or Booking Info
    Add pricing, ticket links, or RSVP instructions (if applicable)

Choose a Category

Select a relevant category for your event such as:

  • Community

  • Markets

  • Music

  • Food & Drink

  • Art & Culture

  • Family Friendly

  • Workshops

  • Sports & Recreation

Submit for Review

  • Click “Submit Event”

  • Your listing will be reviewed by our team (usually within 24–48 hours)

  • Once approved, it will appear on the site and be shared in local updates

Want to Edit or Update a Listing Later?

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to “My Listings”

  3. Click Edit, make your changes, and Save.
